Shipping Policy

Ashifa Food delivers orders across Pakistan through PostEx. Standard delivery costs Rs 250 for orders below Rs 2,000. Delivery is free for orders of Rs 2,000 or above.

Orders paid through Meezan Bank or Easypaisa are processed after payment verification. Cash on Delivery orders are processed after order confirmation. Customers must provide a complete address and an active phone number so the courier can contact them.

PostEx lists same-day delivery in selected cities and next-day delivery nationwide among its service options. These are courier service options, not a guaranteed arrival time for every Ashifa order. Actual delivery can vary because of order processing, destination, remote-area serviceability, public holidays, weather and courier operations.
